		<description>I've had to experience it a few times. It does leave a sour taste in your mouth as you can't help but think that judgment is being passed upon you and wonder if your skills and experience are being put to question.

Despite the subtle dampening psychological effects of it, you have to view it as an opportunity to recoup your mental capacities and regain your composer and full focus. Start from scratch, erase the not so distant embarrassment and play on.

Good days, bad days...shit happens.

During a pick-up game all the skaters know when the teams are lopsided and don't blame the goalie, nor care. Usually the "switch" takes place just to give the other goalie a chance to see a few pucks.  Oh, the fragile psyche of a goalie.</description>
